Important Notice

This Intellectual Property License governs your use of Sureshake Content and Services. Capitalized terms are defined in the Sureshake Customer Agreement.

1. Sureshake Licensor

License Grantor

This Intellectual Property License is granted by Sureshake, Inc.and/or its affiliates (collectively, "Sureshake" or "Sureshake Licensor").

Global License Coverage

Sureshake grants this License in its own capacity for all users globally, regardless of geographic location.

2. No Agency

Independent Agreement

This License forms a separate agreement between you and the Sureshake Licensor without any further action required by the parties.

Sureshake Licensor grants this License in its own capacity

No other party acts as agent of Sureshake Licensor

No other party has capacity to bind Sureshake Licensor

3. License Grant

Ownership

Sureshake Licensor or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, Sureshake Content, and all related technology and intellectual property rights.

Rights Granted to You

Copy and Use Sureshake Content

Limited right to copy and use Sureshake Content in connection with permitted Services use

Exercise IP Rights

Limited license to exercise intellectual property rights required for Service access

Royalty-Free

No additional fees for granted license rights during the Term

Some Sureshake Content and Third-Party Content may be provided under separate licenses (e.g., Apache License 2.0). In case of conflict, the separate license prevails for that specific content.

4. License Restrictions

Important Restrictions

Neither you nor any End User will use the Services or Sureshake Content in any manner or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted.

Prohibited Actions

✗Modify or alter Services or Sureshake Content
✗Create derivative works (unless separately licensed)
✗Distribute Sureshake Content
✗Tamper with or repair Services
✗Sublicense Services or Sureshake Content

Usage Limitations

✗Use only as expressly permitted
✗No use beyond Agreement scope
✗Restrictions continue after termination
✗End Users bound by same restrictions

Post-Termination

These license restrictions will continue to apply following the termination of this License.
