Responsible AI policy
This Sureshake Responsible AI Policy applies to your use of artificial intelligence and machine learning Services, features, and functionality (including third-party models) that we provide. It supplements the Sureshake Acceptable Use Policy and Service Terms.

Scope
This Policy applies to your use of artificial intelligence and machine learning Services, features, and functionality (including third-party models) that we provide (collectively, “AI/ML Services”). AI/ML outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate — always evaluate outputs for accuracy and appropriateness.
Prohibited uses
You may not use AI/ML Services for the following purposes:
- Intentional disinformation
- Creating or spreading intentional disinformation or deception.
- Privacy violations
- Violating privacy rights, including unlawful tracking, monitoring, and identification.
- Unauthorized impersonation
- Depicting a person's voice or likeness without consent, including unauthorized impersonation and non-consensual imagery.
- Child safety
- Any harm or abuse of minors, including grooming and child exploitation.
- Harassment and harm
- Harassing, harming, or encouraging harm of individuals or specific groups.
- Safety circumvention
- Intentionally circumventing safety filters or prompting models to violate policies.
- Lethal functions
- Performing lethal functions in weapons without human authorization or control.
Responsible AI requirements
- Consequential decision making
- If using AI/ML for consequential decisions (medical diagnosis, judicial proceedings, housing decisions, employment decisions, credit/lending decisions, or legal/financial/medical advice), you must implement appropriate human oversight and safeguards.
- User responsibility
- You and your end users are responsible for all decisions made based on AI/ML outputs. AI/ML outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate — always evaluate outputs for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Legal compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including AI-specific regulations such as the EU AI Act and other jurisdictional requirements.
- Transparency requirements
- Provide information about intended uses and policy compliance upon request. Be prepared to demonstrate how you're meeting responsible AI requirements.
Enforcement
Sureshake may investigate and enforce violations of this Policy as noted in the Sureshake Acceptable Use Policy. We are committed to developing safe, fair, and accurate AI and ML services and providing you with tools and guidance to assist you in building and using AI and ML applications responsibly.
