Access passes control who can view protected reports and what level of access they have.

Where to manage passes

Open My Access to view:

  • Passes Held: passes granted to you
  • Passes Given: passes you granted to others
  • Vault Summary: verified reports, held passes, and granted totals

Pass statuses

  • Active: access is available now
  • Pending: access is being processed
  • Expired: pass has passed its expiration date
  • Revoked: pass was removed by the report owner

Common access-denied causes

  • No active pass for this report.
  • Pass is still pending confirmation.
  • Pass expired or was revoked.
  • You switched wallet mode and are viewing from a different account context.
