Verification Failure Troubleshooting
Use this error-to-resolution matrix to unblock verification quickly.

| External wallet not connected | Connect your external wallet and retry verification. |
| Wrong network selected | Switch wallet network to Base and retry. |
| Confirmation taking too long | Wait for confirmation and check intent status in the verification panel. |
| Verification routed to waitlist | Complete waitlist onboarding or use approved account credentials. |
| Access denied after switching mode | Switch back to the original mode or request a new access pass in current mode. |
