Sample report

A Sureshake-standard report.

This is what lands in a lender’s inbox, an investor’s data room, or a diligence checklist: one report, checked against the standard, with its source, integrity record and access stated on the artifact itself.

The report, as a counterparty receives it

Fictional figures on the real report shape. Every field below is one a published report carries; nothing here is a screenshot.

What you’re looking at

Four things a Sureshake report does that a PDF can’t

Checked against the standard

Every required section resolves to a source and every total reconciles to its line items. A report that fails the schema is sent back to the preparer, not on to you.

Source stated on the artifact

The connected system or uploaded file, and when it was retrieved, are written on the report itself — not asserted in an email.

An integrity record written at publish

Anyone holding the report can confirm it is the one that was sent, unchanged, without a call to the controller.

Access the publisher controls

Sharing is a separate, revocable step per recipient. Revoking access never unpublishes the report or its history.
